What This Win Unlocks

After setting up snippets, you can:

• Reply to common questions instantly

A. Open Snippets

1. In the left sidebar, click Settings

2. Click Snippets

3. You will land on the Snippets dashboard

B. Create a New Snippet

1. Click + Add Snippet

2. A snippet creation form will appear

C. Enter Snippet Details

1. Enter Snippet Name
   Example: Studio Hours

2. Enter Shortcut
   Example: /hours

3. Enter Message Content
   Example:
   Our studio hours are Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm. Let us know if you need a different arrangement.

D. Save the Snippet

1. Click Save

2. Confirm the snippet appears in the list

E. Create Additional Snippets

Repeat the same steps to create snippets for:

• Pricing overview

• Availability

• Booking process

• What’s included in a package

• Turnaround time

• Location or travel details

F. Use Snippets in Conversations

1. Go to Conversations

2. Open a conversation

3. In the message input box, type the snippet shortcut
   Example: /hours

4. Select the snippet from the list

5. Send the message

G. Edit or Update Snippets

1. Go back to Settings → Snippets

2. Click on a snippet

3. Edit the content if needed

4. Save changes
